San Mateo Waveforms is a Collaborative Client Management Application that allows you to create and share client information with any Gmail user. It is a web 2.0 application, so it may take a few seconds to load. To log in go to http://smw.appspot.com/login.

  You should consider using waveforms if: 

• You have basic workflow requirements but emailing documents around is not enough.
• You are considering Lotus Notes, Microsoft Infopath or Adobe PDF forms but would prefer a simpler solution.
• You want an easy and low-cost way to create electronic forms and web databases.

• Use an existing Waveform template to collect data.
• Share a Waveform's data with a community of collaborators.
• See all of your Client Appointments on your Google Calendar and click into their account.
  
• Create your own Waveform using Google Spreadsheet Form Creator.
• Create and Admin your own Waveform Group. (perfect for users of Google Groups)
• Create a simple scalable workflow for your organization.
